Your cookies have a shelf life of 4 weeks, being heat sealed in cellophane bags.
Avoid sun exposure or heat, sun can cause the fondant colours to fade - particularly pastels and purple/pink shades! Keep them in their box or in a dark cupboard/covered with a tea towel.
